Serve as the technical subject matter expert for endpoint technologies, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Enterprise Patch Management, PKI/Certificate Services, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), virtualization platforms, and automation technologies such as PowerShell. Implement, maintain, and continuously improve endpoint security controls, including endpoint detection and response (EDR), antivirus, encryption, firewall management, vulnerability remediation, and patch management solutions.
