Provides facilities operational oversight for all owned and leased properties within The MetroHealth System (MHS), including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, free-standing EDs, medical office buildings, and supporting structures. Oversees and protects the physical assets of The MetroHealth System by ensuring safe and efficient operation of building systems (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, etc.) and provides in-depth knowledge of preventative and corrective programs.
