Schedules and monitors manpower requirements against the project budget/spending performance, including managing activities related to project scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, discipline requirements, resources, procurement, and risk elements required to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility. Responsibilities : Project Management: Oversee the successful delivery of Rail projects, working closely with project teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
