During the Development Phase, the SOE/SEM Underpinning Engineer will support the project working group in developing construction plans and providing technical and constructability input related to Support of Excavation (SOE), Sequential Excavation Method (SEM), underpinning, temporary works, and excavation support systems. To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of SOE, SEM, underpinning, excavation, temporary works, and related structural support activities.
