Required Qualifications · Associate's degree · 3+ years customer service experience (higher education preferred) · Strong communication skills (written/verbal) and professionalism under pressure · Conflict resolution skills and commitment to serving diverse populations · Strong attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and web-based systems Preferred · Experience in financial aid, student accounts, registrar, or student services setting · Familiarity with TouchNet or similar billing/payment platforms Work Environment · Student-facing, service-oriented office · Occasional schedule flexibility to meet operational needs Benefits: · Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
