Strong Christian commitment and agreement with the Community Lifestyle Statement (per GBSC employment policy) Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of experience in college recruitment, sales, public relations, or a related field (preferred) Excellent relational skills across all age groups Strong communication skills-verbal, written, and in group or one-on-one settings Positive, growth-oriented mindset Professional demeanor Willingness and ability to travel Availability to work weekend hours as needed. Communicate with prospective students via phone, email, text, and social media, following the prescribed strategy Schedule and conduct individual meetings with prospective students Plan and conduct visits to key accounts Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers Represent GBSC at promotional events Assist with planning and executing GBSC-sponsored events.
