If you recently completed CDL school and are looking for a company that will put you behind the wheel with a paycheck from day one, read on.THE POSITION<ul><li>Class A tractor-trailer operation, fully DOT compliant</li><li>No-touch dry van freight – approximately 70% drop and hook</li><li>Consistent delivery schedules with strong on-time performance expectations</li><li>Accurate ELD logs, DVIRs and trip documentation maintained daily</li><li>Thorough pre and post-trip vehicle inspections every shift</li><li>Professional communication with dispatch and customers at all times</li></ul>YOUR FIRST WEEKS ON THE JOBNew drivers are placed with a dedicated one-on-one trainer. You run real miles on real routes together for 3 to 5 weeks. You are evaluated throughout and go solo only when you are ready.
