Assists as needed with student caseload of prospective and matriculated students as needed on tasks including, but not limited to, financial aid application and award eligibility (including C Flags), verification, award changes, appeals, satisfactory academic progress appeals, return of Title IV Funds and State withdrawal refund calculations, and loan borrowing. EXAMPLES OF PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Administers federal, state, and private student loan programs in accordance with federal/state financial aid regulations, program guidelines issued by the United States Department of Education, Massachusetts Office of Student Financial Assistance (OSFA), and established institutional policies and procedures.
