Additional responsibilities include financial and compliance management (i.e., forecasting budgets, monitoring presidential reports, approving contracts with legal, and processing vendor invoices) as well as vendor and material operations (i.e., managing supplier relationships, securing bids for rentals, and approving catering menus, floral designs, and giveaways). This position is responsible for the overall budget of each program, flawless event execution, and management of events staff, which includes acting as the liaison between student involvement teams in Atlanta and Savannah.
