BRIEF JOB SUMMARY: Reporting directly to the Vice President for Student Affairs and Retention, the Dean of Student Affairs serves as one of the primary professional contacts for the Office of Student Affairs and is responsible for the supervision of student life community spaces (The Perk, Wellness Center, etc.) and supervises the Student Affairs federal work-study students. Earned educational credentials preferred within (but not limited to) the following disciplines: college student personnel, higher education administration, counseling, or related fields; Experience in student engagement and retention, educational programming, staff supervision, and management.
