Our focus is on increasing access to higher education, helping students navigate what is often a complex, intimidating ecosystem, addressing basic needs including food insecurity, housing, and mental health, creating ways for students to find community and connection, and facilitating an environment and experiences which lead to learning. Master's degree required in student development, higher education administration, public administration, educational psychology, or a related field with 4+ years of professional (post-graduate) experience working in and leading student affairs programs at a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
