Has knowledge of basic construction techniques and requirements including but not limited to: framing, metalwork, millwork, HVAC, drywall, concrete, paving, roofing, painting, sprinkler systems, fire life safety, plumbing, and electrical. Responsible for ensuring that all maintenance department staff follows established safety procedures to avoid injuries to self and others such as lock out devices, protective clothing, and waste disposal techniques.
