Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of various learning styles, curriculum development and program evaluation, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning . The art teacher, under moderate supervision, performs instructional work with limited decision-making discretion providing leadership in the educational environment that encourages and nurtures learning for all students.
