  • Bachelor's degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field;
  • Proficient with software programs such as Microsoft Office Suites;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, judgement, and ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion; ability to develop positive relationships with people from different cultural backgrounds.
