The Aviation Teacher will provide aviation-related instruction to Madison Park students and create a pathway for interested students to enter the aviation industry, which currently has a shortage of pilots, technicians, and other personnel, with a disproportionately low share of Black, brown, and female pilots. Earn and/or maintain all required licensure Provides a year-long Aviation elective course that teaches basic aviation concepts, introduces students to aviation careers, meets the learning needs of the students, and maintains a safe learning environment.
