Experience with joint venture equity structures and waterfall mods is a plus but not required.</li><li> Proven financial analysis and valuation capability (NPV, IRR, lease comparison, ROI, DCF Modeling, Payback, etc.) with highly advanced Excel modeling skills, including the accurate underwriting and modeling of large ground-up developments.
