Responsibilities:
What You Will Do:<ul><li>Explore and assist with generating timely and creative solutions for design tasks within the functional parameters of a project, translating concepts and information into images.</li><li>Participate in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions within given parameters.</li><li>Incorporate established schematic design, material selections, code required clearances, spatial limitations, and production time constraints into detailing solutions.</li><li>Assist with contract administration tasks such as shop drawing review, submittal review, and supplementary drawing development.</li><li>Opportunities to participate in community service events, team happy hours, lunch and learns from industry experts, our weekly design presentations at Forum, and other fun events!</li></ul>

<ul><li>15+ years of relevant experience managing airport design and construction projects</li><li>Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license</li><li>Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D </li><li>Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization</li><li>Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably</li></ul>Base Salary Range<ul><li>$150,000 - $260,000</li><li>Eligible for performance-based bonus compensation</li></ul>
