p>Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of college admissions, registration and records policies and procedures, Experience in academic advising, Understanding of financial aid processes, The ability to assume multiple roles and work independently with little supervision, Knowledge of community college programs and populations, Ability to cross train in all areas of student services and Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish (fluently able to converse, read and write) The ability to provide excellent customer services.

• Provides general academic advising information including admissions requirements (testing & transcripts), special services (dual enrollment, cross enrollment, early admit and transient).
