Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing one or two years of post-bachelor degree work, such as a Masters in Administration, Higher Education, Student Affairs or Education; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in administration, program development and personnel development and training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Identifies and supports training and development opportunities, collaborating with campus partners and university stakeholders to create comprehensive learning experiences and ensure recruitment and training efforts align with institutional student success and engagement priorities.
