Responsibilities: <ul><li>Greet and welcome salon clients in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression. </li><li>Assist clients in scheduling appointments, managing their preferences, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. </li><li>Collaborate with salon instructors and students to coordinate and manage client bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and smooth salon operations. </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service, attending to clients' needs and preferences throughout their salon experience. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized salon floor, including workstations, tools, and common areas, to ensure a professional and inviting atmosphere. </li><li>Handle client complaints or issues professionally and on time, working towards resolutions and maintaining client satisfaction. </li><li>Process payments and manage cash register transactions. </li><li>Promote salon services and special promotions to clients, encouraging repeat business and generating referrals. </li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients and students. </li><li>Assist with other administrative tasks and salon projects as needed. </li></ul>Requirements Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
