Overview:
Northwood Technical College is seeking applications from qualified candidates for a part-time Workforce Success Coordinator (LTE) at any of our four campus locations. (Ashland, New Richmond, Rice Lake, or Superior) The Workforce Success Coordinator advances Northwood Technical College’s commitment to fostering respectful and supportive learning and working environments where every student and employee can thrive. Under the direction and guidance of the Director, Workforce Success, this role supports institutional equal opportunity, civil rights compliance, and Title IX efforts through outreach, education, policy coordination, communication, and administrative support activities. This position assists with maintaining compliance-related materials and ensuring consistency across institutional policies, procedures, webpages, training materials, and student-facing resources. The role also supports educational initiatives that build capacity across the college to prevent harm, strengthen campus culture, encourage early intervention, and promote shared responsibility for sustaining environments rooted in belonging, respect, and support. This is a limited term position with grant funding through 6/30/2027. **This position involves duties that could be performed in a remote or off-site environment. Campus-based duties are minimal, requiring in-person availability approximately twice per month. Remote work arrangements are subject to state employment laws. Employees residing in certain states, including Minnesota, may have additional on-campus work requirements.

Qualifications:
Degree & Experience Required:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in related field</li><li>Two years related work experience</li><li>One year Supervisory/Leadership experience</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<ul><li>Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally</li><li>Ability to contribute to a team environment while maintaining accountability and motivation in self and others</li><li>Strong customer service skills that focus on diversity, community, and continuous quality improvement</li><li>Problem-solving skills that employ critical thinking</li><li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite and the ability to effectively apply technology to tasks and projects</li><li>Ability to obtain driver’s license and insurance coverage in accordance with College policy</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Familiarity with Title IX, equal opportunity, civil rights, or related compliance areas.</li></ul>

Salary:
FY26 Salary - Grade J - $26.58 / hour
