Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center brings acute inpatient medical services to the greater Harrisburg region with outpatient and inpatient locations in Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry, and Northern York counties. Additional responsibilities include management and development of the unit, including, but not limited to, interviewing, hiring, and supervision of staff, assisting with developing and monitoring of budget, policies and procedures, both new employee orientation and ongoing education of staff, and management of quality improvement programs.
