Mobilize and coordinate student volunteer engagement by designing flexible pathways for participation in disaster responses and rebuilding projects, navigating complex logistics such as scheduling uncertainty, group variability, and housing constraints, and personally supporting key deployments in the field. Design and execute a reimagined internship and apprenticeship program with internal curriculum that produces qualified, mission-aligned candidates for both ministry and operational roles (including leadership, administrative, and skilled trades), in partnership with HR and departmental leadership.
