In this role, the Case Manager will be responsible for providing direct interventions and support for students struggling with personal life matters impacting their academic journey, such as: mental illness, basic needs insecurities, homelessness, domestic violence, substance abuse, suicidal thoughts/intentions, and/or other matters impacting student wellbeing. With programs available both online and at our many campus locations, National University is a leader in creating innovative solutions to education and meeting the needs of our student population, including adult learners and working professionals.
