The primary goal of this role is to provide a leadership and administrative oversight function, plus ministerial support for both High School and Middle School students, as well as towards parents and staff, with specific regard to student, campus, and community health & safety, discipline, events, safety, and wellness -- all in accordance with the philosophy, policies, and procedures embodied by Monte Vista Christian School. provide oversight of, and meaningful communication around, campus safety (including health & safety) protocols and crisis management processes, monitor CDPH/CDC guidelines and requirements, and take necessary action(s), in the interests of promoting health & wellness for all on campus, and management and facilitation of faculty, parent, and student safety and wellness training/resources, facilitating the Care Team and working with support staff.
