Engage with students at key decision points along their academic paths and maintain regular, proactive communication using a full range of methods, including face-to-face meetings, virtual platforms (i.e., Teams/Zoom), phone calls, texts, email, and ensure they feel supported and connected. CSAs ensure enrollment goals are met across their centers, regions, and assigned programmatic areas by developing and sustaining strong relationships and partnerships with K–12 schools, technical centers, social service agencies, and other community organizations.
