The incumbent is responsible for providing advisement using interviewing and basic counseling techniques, providing coaching to individual residents, responding to urgent calls and emerging situations, planning and coordinating moderately complex programs and activities, recommending solutions to student- and program-related issues, and serving as a resource within the assigned area of expertise. The position supports student success and engagement within the residential community through student support, residential conduct administration, crisis and urgent-call response, and the implementation of residential education programs and services.
