Working closely with the Portfolio Manager, Onsite Manager, Board of Directors, engineering staff, contractors, and consultants, you’ll play a key role in keeping the property safe, efficient, well maintained, and prepared for the future. In this role, you’ll: Oversee the operation and maintenance of major building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators, fire and life safety, building automation, generators, domestic water, and access control.
