ul>A combination of up to two (2) years of technical or vocational training or education in a building/construction trade AND advanced level experience in two (2) or more of the construction/building trades to include: building maintenance, repair, remodeling, construction duties, and mechanical/machinery operation equaling at least four (4) years combined experience and a high school graduation or GED and a valid unrestricted (other than corrective lenses) drivers license and a Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with a valid medical certification must be obtained within the first 12 months of employment and a first aid/CPR certification that must be obtained within the first 24 months of employment.
