Examples of specialized experience may include: providing stewardship of assets/facilities ensuring, visitor use and enjoyment as well as the protection of natural and cultural resources; monitoring and evaluating maintenance programs affecting park operations to ensure compliance with, and application of, approved management direction; performing and maintaining asset inventories and condition assessments for the purpose of developing deferred maintenance costs for annual and multi-year plans; planning, scheduling and directing work to operate facilities and assets at their most effective level; planning and coordinating budget and financial plans and operations; coordinating project scope, goals and objectives; facilitating planning and design processes; developing spending plan and budget protocols; or managing construction process ensuring all project documentation is completed and archived. If you are a veteran within 120 days of discharge, you must submit signed documentation from the Armed Forces certifying: 1) your expected release/retirement from active duty, 2) under honorable conditions, 3) your pay grade/rank/rate at time of discharge, 4) dates of active duty service, 5) any campaign or expeditionary medals received, & 6) dated within 120 days of your separation.
