Under general supervision, performs custodial and maintenance duties including dusting, mopping, finishing and buffing floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, and cleaning, identifying needed repairs and report in written form to supervisor, (in case of emergencies call in immediately) and restocking restrooms and showers. Washes, waxes, dusts, vacuums and polishes floors, furniture and fixtures; cleans lavatories and replaces lavatory supplies; empties trash bins and follows the recycling program established.
