The Assistant Dean acts as the chief financial manager and the chief human resource manager for the College, accountable for directing and managing financial, budget planning, administrative, human resources, technology, space planning, and business management activities to support the College's Strategic Alignment Plan (SAP), UVM's Green, Gold, and Bold strategic plan, and values of Our Common Ground. Master's degree in business, financial management, or related field and at least 8 years of experience in financial management, working with large complex budgets, long-range strategic planning, human resources management, business operations, and grants management.
