Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Student Life, this position is responsible for cultivating a vibrant, inclusive, and developmentally rich co-curricular experience that advances Mitchell College's commitment to building a Beloved Community and supports the Mitchell College Abilities framework. Maintain and enhance established campus traditions and signature programs (e.g., Welcome Weeks, Apple Fest, Late Night Breakfast, Spring Fest, Senior Week, etc.) to ensure they remain engaging, relevant, and impactful for the community.
