The Leadership Coordinator will be coordinating with management to establish a high functioning student leadership program, organize the Student Government Association (SGA) and promote SGA activities on center and in the community. Job Type Full-time Description Job Summary: Responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing student leadership programs. The Leadership Coordinator will be coordinating with management to establish a high functioning student leadership program, organize the Student Government Association (SGA) and promote SGA activities on center and in the community. Duties: <ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and facilitate leadership development training for students. </li><li>Provides oversight of the Student Government Association including weekly meetings, activities and SGA Committees. </li><li>Promote involvement in student activities, and community service. </li><li>Ensures the Student Government Association operates within DOL, Corporate and center plans including the Student Benefit Fund. </li><li>Exhibits and promotes modeling, mentoring, and monitoring each of the eight Career Success Standards (CSS) </li><li>Participates in the Center Management Teams. </li><li>Track and report participation, progress and outcomes of leadership programs. </li><li>Collaborate with various center departments to integrate leadership opportunities. </li><li>Provide initial leadership training during Career Preparation Period (CPP) </li><li>Organize student-led event, and student community service projects. </li><li>Works towards meeting centers performance management goals. </li><li>Maintains good housekeeping in all areas and complies with safety practices. </li><li>Complies with all DOL guidelines, Job Corps notices and bulletins, company and center policies and procedures. </li><li>Maintains building and equipment and ensures proper measures are taken for the care of equipment and supplies. </li><li>Participates in PRH mandated staff training. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned within the individual's scope and capabilities. </li></ul> Requirements Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
