365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers for a paid 4 to 6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This is a strong first step for new drivers who want hands-on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a clear path into regional routes across the Midwest and East. Paid 4 to 6 week mentor training with an experienced driver

$1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training
</li><li>
Weekly pay by direct deposit

Brand-new Volvo VNL tractors

Drop-and-hook dry van freight for more predictable loading and unloading

Valid Class A CDL
</li><li>
Graduate of an accredited CDL school
</li><li>
Clean motor vehicle record
</li><li>
Able to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
</li><li>
Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
</li><li>
No prior over-the-road experience required
