The University of Miami School of Nursing and Health Studies and the Simulation Hospital provides several instructional courses and professional development workshops for healthcare students, trainees, and clinical professionals. Responsibilities include: participation in course development and quality improvements, didactic and/or simulation instruction, participation in assessment of participant performance, compliance with continuing education or other accreditation requirements as applicable, and maintenance of instructor certification where applicable (ie: ACLS).
