To follow and direct specifications to properly handle all product used in the food and beverage operation including preparation, covering, labeling, dating, proper storage of prepared and unprepared food items. To assist, as directed, to train as required, monitor scheduling, to support the food and beverage employees to maintain the highest possible levels of employee morale and departmental productivity.
