p>As a Human Resource Consultant 2, you will provide professional-level consultation to administrators, managers, supervisors, and employees on a wide variety of sensitive, complex, and critical human resource subjects including areas of appointments, compensation, benefits, onboarding, reasonable accommodations, layoff/reversion processes, and protected leaves. Preferred knowledge, skills, & abilities:
- Legal knowledge: Applies working knowledge of federal and state HR laws, including FMLA, FCA, FLSA, RCW, and WAC, to provide accurate guidance to managers and employees.
