Essential functions: + Develop center leadership program and provide leadership instruction; develop and prepare lessons for leadership classes + Provide coordination and oversight among, and between, all student leadership positions to include staff representatives + Supervise student leadership council, which includes maintaining communication with administration, scheduling and supervising meetings and guiding development of skills in self-government + Coordinate the concessions operation and administer student welfare fund + Chaperone student leadership functions Education and Experience Requirements: + Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience + Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements + Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required + Must possess or acquire within 60 days of employment, a valid UT class B CDL with passenger endorsement and an acceptable driving record is required Why:  Make a positive impact in your community by doing meaningful work that results in a rewarding career. Candidates provide excellent customer service to both store owners, and customers. Effectively resolves any complaints or discrepancies. Must have a valid driver's license, and meet company driver qualifications. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of accuracy, and ability to work without direct supervision. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
