p>Job Description: Employee advises and conducts interviews with UF students on a variety of legal matters that include, but are not limited to, criminal and traffic charges, property damage, insurance matters, power of attorneys, living wills, and other general civil matters.
Employee represents UF students involved in landlord-tenant, dissolution of marriage, adoption, name change, and sealing/expunction of criminal records matters, including litigation before local courts in accordance with program guidelines.
