Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of institution-wide crime prevention and awareness programming for students and employees in compliance with the Clery Act and Violence Against Women Act.* Design and deliver (or coordinate delivery of) training, workshops, and campus-wide initiatives addressing topics such as personal safety, crime prevention, reporting procedures, consent, bystander intervention, and risk reduction* Coordinate with Safety and Security, Student Life, Residential Life, and People & Culture (Human Resources) to ensure coordinated and consistent prevention messaging across the institution.* The Jackson College Nepotism policy prohibits hiring of a relative or someone with a familial relationship to work in the same instructional department, office or administrative unit of the College including spouse, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent or sibling of the employee or spouse, aunt, uncle, niece/nephew, grandparent, grandchild, and members of the same household including domestic partner.
