Additional Eligibility Qualifications:What to expect: A close-knit team that cares about its mission: turning ideas into action and action into impact, a supervisor who will teach you "the how and why" during the first few months, then, enable you to lead multiple smaller projects and showcase your skills and build your resume, a leadership role where you will recruit a strong Council of students, manage meetings and timelines, and delegate responsibilities with the aim of scaling a mission-driven organization, and being the steward of a historic and prestigious organization meaningful to alumni and that has created turned innovative student ideas into lasting impacts for nearly 25 years. The student can also expect to develop multiple skills including public speaking, event organizing, organization development, program/project administration, grant writing, and leadership, advance student projects using your creativity, problem solving, and networking, and experience a job that engages you for multiple semesters and that grows with you.
