The Supervisor provides direct oversight of front-line service functions, including the front desk, computer lab, student workers, ID services, scheduling, and office logistics, and leads operational implementation of the HECC program within Student Central. Provides hands-on assistance across service areas, including the front desk, computer lab, ID services, and chat during peak times, absences, or operational disruptions to ensure consistency for students.
