Leads and directs a team of supervisors and frontline associates in the areas of maintenance and housekeeping (and security and transportation, as applicable), to include: hiring, training, directing workflow, evaluating performance, resolving disciplinary issues, and terminations. Keeps current on regulatory requirements for all lines of business (i.e. skilled nursing, memory care and assisted living) as well as, state and local laws and requirements including but not limited to: federal building codes, SDS, OSHA, EPA regulations, and fire codes.
