This role works closely with educators, families, administrators, and community partners to develop evidence-based interventions, support individualized learning plans, strengthen classroom supports, and ensure student support services are aligned, effective, and culturally responsive. You will also collect, analyze, and report data related to student outcomes and school improvement, ensure compliance with school policies and state requirements, manage program accountability, and evaluate the effectiveness of student support services through data-driven insights.
