Monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness of the student recruitment, enrollment, and success initiatives and works collaboratively with college administration and university departments to effect changes required for improvement. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Alumni Relations, the Director develops and implements comprehensive enrollment, recruitment, and student success plans and supports the academic mission of the CDM as follows: Recruitment and Enrollment.
