<h1>Join Our Team as a Student Success Coach!</h1><p>Are you passionate about helping students succeed academically and behaviorally? Do you have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special needs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Teachwell Solutions in Sioux Falls, SD as a Student Success Coach with our Prosper Program.</p><p>This job follows a traditional school calendar with summers and school holidays off. Start date is August, 2026.</p><h2>Job Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Provide one-on-one or small group coaching to students with special needs to improve academic performance and behavior.</li><li>Implement ABA techniques and interventions to support students in achieving their personal and academic goals.</li><li>Assist teachers, Board Certified Behavioral Analysts and other educational professionals with implementation of individualized learning plans for students.</li><li>Monitor student progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed to maximize student success.</li><li>Provide ongoing support and guidance to students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy.</li></ul><h2>Benefits:</h2><p>Teachwell offers a full range of benefits, including affordable health insurance and participation in the South Dakota Retirement System. The position follows a traditional school calendar with holiday breaks and summers off. Hours are 7:30-3:30 Monday-Friday.
