Provide individual, group, and family counseling under supervision• Facilitate or co-facilitate psychoeducational and skills-based groups• Complete assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, and assist with treatment planning• Participate in client intake, case management, discharge planning, and referral services• Support crisis intervention and provide linkage to community resources• Deliver services in residential and outpatient treatment settings• Document services in a timely and professional manner using electronic systems• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and participate in team meetings• Engage in regular supervision and apply feedback to clinical practice• Participate in program development, evaluation, and training opportunities• Gain exposure to macro-level work including administration, policy, advocacy, and research• Work with diverse populations across areas such as substance use, mental health, housing/homelessness, public health, and criminal justice• Maintain professionalism, responsibility, and openness to feedback in all aspects of the internship• Follow all program guidelines, including no client transportation. • Must be a second-year master’s student in a Clinical-Counseling or related program• Basic computer skills required• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, responsibility, and willingness to learn• Willingness to participate in direct care activities after completing required trainings• Ability to engage in supervision and incorporate feedback into practice• Some evening availability may be required.
