Manage project financials and supporting contract documents ensuring a healthy project gross margin, appropriate staff utilization, funding and contracts paperwork, invoicing and payments, budge to actual variances, financial and staffing projections, estimate to complete and estimate at completion, project management review reporting, and, if appropriate, earned-value reporting. Experience supporting the Intelligence Community and delivering a full range of IT support services, including development and modernization using Human-Centered Design (HCD), Agile, and DevSecOps; and operations and maintenance for mission applications (on-premises and cloud environments).
