Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities (TDRs) and Learning Outcomes · Manages a pod of 15 students through social, emotional and academic enrichment programs designed to support elementary or middle school studentsCM, PF, LD· Assist with the delivery of daily lessons that focus on literary skill development, STEM, social-emotional enrichment and healthy relationshipsCM, PF, LD· Tutor or provide homework support for youth CM, PF, LD· Assist with leading daily enrichment programs that focus on art, STEAM, and/or sports and character buildingCD, TW· Build positive relationships with youth that support their success ad well-being CM, EI· Support delivery of group instruction in a safe and structured environmentCM, TW· Supervise youth during program hour in a safe, sensitive, developmentally appropriate, positive manner CM, EI· Help youth build healthy positive relationships with each other, with adults, and with their familiesCM, PF, LD, EI· Engage parents and family members as needed to support the youthCM, PF, LD, EI· Demonstrate professional behavior that supports team efforts and enhances team behavior, performance and productivityCM, PF, LD, EI, TW· Maintain timely and accurate records concerning youth participation and outcomes as neededPF.
